Butler Township hereby requests authorization to participate in purchase contracts of the Department of General Services, subject to the following:
A. 
We agree to be bound by such term and conditions as the Department may prescribe.
B. 
We agree that we will be responsible for payment directly to the awarded vendor under each purchase contract.
