All owners or operators of rental income property within the Township of Butler shall furnish to the Township a written list setting forth the names and addresses of all tenants or occupants of said property or apartments within 30 days from the effective date hereof.

It shall be the duty of all owners or operators of rental income property to keep said list current and to furnish a revised list, in writing, to the Township of Butler setting forth any change in occupancy within seven days thereof.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the terms or provisions of this chapter shall, after conviction in a summary proceeding, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
