The City of Coatesville, an exempt municipality under the Local Health Administration Law,[1] does, nevertheless, hereby subject itself to the jurisdiction of the Chester County Board of Health as provided by the Act aforesaid.
The City of Coatesville hereby dissolves the Board of Health of the City of Coatesville as in such case made and provided by the Local Health Administration Law.[1]
