No full-time police officer employed by the City of Coatesville shall be employed by or be the employee of another police department and/or law enforcement agency or shall be employed in any position requiring Act 120 certification.[1]

Any full-time police officer who violates § 44-5 by being employed either full-time or part-time by another police department and/or law enforcement agency shall be dismissed from his or her employment with the City of Coatesville Police Department.
No full-time or part-time police officer of the City of Coatesville shall be employed for more than eight (8) hours immediately preceding the beginning of such police officer's regularly scheduled shift of duty.
