As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

Any individual, firm, corporation, association or partnership and includes the plural as well as the singular and the female as well as the male.
The Public Health Code of the City of Easton, Pennsylvania.
Any public officer empowered by the Board of Health to enforce the regulations set forth in this Public Health Code.
