As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
TRAILER CAMPS
All those tracts of land whose primary purpose is to provide
a temporary site for a travel trailer.
TRAILER or TRAVEL TRAILER
A vehicular portable structure built on a chassis and designed
to be used primarily for travel, recreation or vacation use; with
the manufacturer's permanent identification "travel trailer" thereon;
and when factory-equipped for the road, being of any length, provided
its gross weight does not exceed 4,500 pounds, or being of any weight,
provided its overall length does not exceed 28 feet.
Trailer camps shall be served by the City sanitary system or by a private sewerage system meeting the requirements of §
444-97 of this chapter. Each trailer-coach space shall be provided with a satisfactory sewer connection. All sewage disposal apparatus, including appurtenances thereto, shall be provided, maintained and operated so as not to create a nuisance or health hazard.
All water closets, urinals, showers and toilet
rooms shall be provided with adequate lighting equipment, which shall
be capable of providing two footcandles of illumination within any
compartment, cubicle or open space in any room at a horizontal plane
three feet above the floor. All such rooms shall be lighted continuously
during the hours of darkness.
