As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
To eject from the throat or lungs by coughing or hawking and spitting.
All expectoration on the floor of any public or quasi-public building or conveyance or on concrete pavement, asphalt or similar impervious material in the City shall be prohibited. Such action shall only be permitted on open earth.[1]
