The Town is committed to the maintenance of
a well-trained and efficient staff. It shall attempt to make opportunities
for development available to employees within the framework of organizational
needs and priorities. Employees, as a condition of employment, shall
attend and participate in such training programs and courses as may
be directed by the department head or Town Manager, and for which
the Town assumes the cost.
