Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not
less than $50 nor more than $250 for each separate incident. Each day such
violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate
violation and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the Chief of Police,
the Fire Chief, the Director of Public Works, and the Health Officer of the
Town of South Berwick. The provisions of this chapter shall be prosecuted
at any hearing or trial by the Chief of Police, his/her designee, or the Town
Attorney.
