There shall be a Zoning Board of Review which shall consist of five members and two alternates to be appointed by the Town Council. Each member shall serve a five-year term, and the terms shall be on a staggered basis. The alternates shall serve one-year terms. Any vacancy during the unexpired term of a member or an alternate shall be filled by the Town Council for the remainder of the term.
