In accordance with the provisions of Secs. 3-8(10), 3-9(a) and 16-13 of the Johnston Town Charter, the Town Council hereby reserves the right to approve and/or reject the selection of the neutral arbitrator in any interest arbitration, when a neutral arbitrator is mutually agreed upon by both the Town and any union of the Town.
