A.Â
There is hereby created a Traffic Commission to be
comprised of the members of the Town Council. This Commission shall
have the authority to make all determinations relative to the regulation
of pedestrian and vehicular traffic on all roads, streets and byways
belonging to the Town.
B.Â
This Commission shall make regulations with reference
to traffic, after consultation with the head of the Police Department
and the head of the Fire Department. No such recommendations will
be made which will, in any way, impair the welfare or safety of the
Town citizens. Specifically included, but not limited to, are the
following rights of the Commission: to regulate direction, speed,
parking and any and all traffic control on said roads, streets and
byways.
