Pursuant to Sec. 3-8(5) and 3-8(6) of the Charter and with the recommendation of the Personnel Board, the position of Deputy Tax Assessor is created.
The Deputy Tax Assessor shall possess the education, qualifications and experiences as specified in the position description attached hereto.

The Deputy Tax Assessor shall be compensated with a salary as provided by the Town Council by ordinance, depending upon education, qualification and experience, and shall enjoy all benefits incidental to employment, including health benefits, sick days and vacation time.
