No person, firm, corporation or association, who may otherwise be authorized, shall be allowed to carry on the business of slaughtering cattle or other animals or to receive cattle or other animals for slaughter in the Town between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Any person, firm, corporation or association who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $50 for each offense.
