It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of sixteen (16) years to frequent a public poolroom, game room, arcade or combination thereof in the town or be permitted by the proprietor thereof or his agent to frequent any such public poolroom, game room, arcade or combination thereof, unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
No person shall loiter in or about a public poolroom, game room, arcade or combination thereof in the town or be permitted by the proprietor thereof or his agent to loiter in or about any such public poolroom, game room, arcade or combination thereof.
