No person shall ride a bicycle upon or along a sidewalk or across a roadway, upon and along a crosswalk, including those of any church, school or recreational facility, or any business property open to the public, provided that signs are placed in the general areas indicating such prohibition.
To obstruct streets, sidewalks or parkways with building material, ladders, scaffolds or ropes or in any other manner requires a permit, regardless of the purpose, character or intent of the obstruction. These permits are issued from the office of the Mayor.
Storing materials of any character or description in any part of the streets of the town for any period of time requires a special permit, which is issued from the office of the Town Manager and which limits the amount of space to be occupied and the period of time for such storage.
It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge wastewater, industrial waste, sludge, grease, oil or other substances in or into any street, alley or other public place in the town or to permit the flowage of such substances from the property of such person into the streets, alleys or public places of the town.
