[Amended 6-13-2006[1]]
There shall be a charge for the examination and review of every subdivision plat submitted to the Planning Commission. This fee shall be $20 for each subdivision plat, plus $2 for each lot contained in the subdivision. This fee shall be paid to the Town of Hillsville at the time an application is made for approval of the preliminary subdivision plat.
