Pursuant to provisions of § 27 of the Charter of the City,
the fiscal year for the City shall be July 1 through June 30.
All deeds for the conveyance or exchange of the property of the City
and all agreements or other instruments requiring the Seal of the City to
be affixed thereto shall, when authorized by the Council and signed by the
appropriate authority in the name of the City, be attested to by the Clerk
of the Council.
