Any monies recovered by the County of Warren,
pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.1-900, as reimbursement for
costs expended by the Fire Department, pursuant to Hazardous Materials
(HAZMAT) activities, shall be placed into the Fire Department's HAZMAT
Fund to provide funds for future hazardous materials incidents and
the enhancement of the Hazardous Material Emergency Response Program.
