No permit shall be issued or any inspections performed as required by the code until the prescribed fees have been paid, nor shall any amendment to a permit be approved until the additional fee, if any, has been paid. The Board of Supervisors shall establish a fee schedule from time to time as deemed necessary.

Applicants seeking a building permit must furnish satisfactory proof that all taxes or license fees owed to Warren County have been paid prior to the issuance of a building permit.
