[Former Ch. 206, Mining, Nonmetallic, adopted 1-2-1991 as Title 7, Ch. 10, of the 1991 Code, as amended, was repealed 8-1-2012 by Ord. No. 2012-16. This ordinance also provided that all future nonmetallic mining permitting, modifications, inspections, compliance issues and routine administration will be the responsibility of Ozaukee County, pursuant to Ozaukee County's reclamation ordinance "Chapter XI, Nonmetallic Mining Reclamation for Ozaukee County."]
