The Green Lake County Board of Supervisors establishes the following
rules and regulations:
A. No intoxicating liquor and/or drugs are allowed on the
fairgrounds.

B. No profane language is allowed.
C. Fermented malt beverages may be allowed in special designated
areas only when specifically authorized by the Green Lake County Agriculture-Extension
Education and Fair Committee.

Any person or organization violating any of the above provisions of
this article shall forfeit not less than $25 nor more than $250 upon conviction
thereof, together with costs and disbursements of the action.
The foregoing rules and regulations shall be in force and effect upon
passage of this article, and said rules and regulations shall only apply to
the fairgrounds during the operation of the Green Lake County Junior Free
Fair.

The following rules and regulations shall be in force for the Green
Lake County Fairgrounds at all times other than during the conduct of the
annual Junior Free Fair:
A. No intoxicating liquor, wine and/or illegal drugs shall
be allowed on the County Fairgrounds.
B. Fermented malt beverages may be allowed within specially
designated areas upon specific approval by the Green Lake County Agriculture-Extension
Education and Fair Committee, provided that conditions of security and possession
of a valid license issued by the City of Green Lake are met. Insurance requirements
shall be established and approved by the Property and Insurance Committee
prior to final approval.
Any individual or any organization violating any of the provisions of
this article shall forfeit not less than $25 nor more than $250 upon conviction
thereof, plus costs, fees and disbursements of the action.
