All overnight camping and sleeping in parked
cars is hereby prohibited at all County parks and all waysides, including
the public access at Spring Lake and Big Twin Lake.

Any person found violating this article shall
be subject to forfeit no less than $100 nor more than $250 for each
such offense, together with the costs of prosecution, and upon failure
to pay such forfeiture and costs shall be imprisoned in the County
Jail for no more than five days.
The Highway Commissioner is directed to have
appropriate warning signs placed at said waysides.
