All meetings of committees, boards and commissions of the Town Board shall be open to the public and preceded by public notice as provided in § 19.84, Wis. Stats.

The Parks Commission shall consist of seven members, each of whom shall be appointed by the Town Board for a term of office of seven years. One member of the Parks Commission shall be appointed each year.

The Website Committee shall consist of no fewer than three members, but always an odd number, each of whom shall be appointed by the Town Board for a three-year term and can reapply.
The Lake Tomahawk Sanitary District Commission shall consist of three members, each of whom shall be appointed by the Town Board for staggered terms of office of six years.
