As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
A public amusement which customarily is moved from one community to another to which admission may be had by payment of a fee, admission charge or other consideration. It does not include shows conducted for educational, religious, civic or charitable organizations where the proceeds are devoted to the purposes of the organization.
