As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Any place of lodging that provides eight or fewer rooms for rent to no more than a total of 20 tourists or transients in a twelve-month period, is the owner's personal residence, is occupied by the owner at the time of rental and in which the only meal served to guests is breakfast.[1]

Any person residing for a continuous period of less than one month in a hotel, motel or other furnished accommodations available to the public.
