Village of Osceola, WI Chapter 121 Fair and Open Housing

§ 121-1 Adoption of statutory provisions.

A. The Board of Trustees of the Village of Osceola hereby adopts s. 106.50, W.S.A., as amended, and all subsequent amendments thereto.

B. The officials and employees of the Village of Osceola shall assist in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within the Village of Osceola by implementing the authority and enforcement procedures set forth in s. 106.50, W.S.A., as amended.

C. The Village Clerk shall maintain forms for complaints to be filed under s. 106.50, W.S.A., as amended, and shall assist any person alleging a violation thereof in the Village of Osceola to file a complaint thereunder with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Equal Rights Division, for enforcement of s. 106.50, W.S.A., as amended.
