No person(s) shall divert, discharge or block
the surface flow of water on their property in a manner that adversely
affects any other property, regardless of the source of water. Every
property owner shall grade their property in conformance with a Village
approved grading plan. The grade of a property may not be changed
or altered so as to obstruct or interfere with the drainage as provided
in a Village approved grading plan, without approval of the Village
Engineer.
