A. 
The form of the citation shall be as required under § 800.02(2), Wis. Stats., Citation form. The uniform citation form issued by the State of Wisconsin complies with the requirements of § 800.02(2), Wis. Stats., and may be used.
B. 
The form may contain such other information as the Town deems necessary.
A. 
A schedule of deposits, bonds and fees is hereby established for use for the citations under this chapter. The schedule shall be approved by the Town Board by resolution. It shall be revised as needed.[1]

B. 
A violator who makes a deposit and enters a stipulation of no contest shall receive a receipt complying with the appropriate provisions of § 778.26(5), Wis. Stats.
A. 
Adoption of this chapter does not preclude the Town Board from adopting any other ordinance or providing for the enforcement of any other law or ordinance relating to the same or other matter.
B. 
The issuance of a citation hereunder shall not preclude the Town or any authorized officer from proceeding under any other ordinance or law or by any other enforcement method to enforce any ordinance, regulation or order.[1]
