It shall be unlawful for any person to dig or
maintain any cellars, pits or other excavations without providing
adequate protection to persons and property in the form of barricades
and warning devices.

A. Every dwelling or business structure in the City shall
be numbered according to the following numbering system: even numbers
shall be placed on the east side of the street, and odd numbers shall
be placed on the west side of the street going north. Even numbers
shall be placed on the north side of the street, and odd numbers shall
be placed on the south side of the street going west. This numbering
system will be in effect starting at the street's point of origin,
as determined by the City engineer.
B. The size and design of the numbers to be attached
to each such structure shall be as established by the City council.
C. The building inspector shall be responsible for implementation,
maintenance and enforcement of the numbering system and, in that capacity,
may maintain such records and maps as are necessary to insure compliance
with such system.

The territorial jurisdiction of the regulations
found in this chapter shall include all of the incorporated lands
located within the City and, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes, 1977, section
15-3-202, such other territory peripheral to the City which is located
within one-half mile of the corporate limits.
