It shall be unlawful for any person to dig or maintain any cellars, pits or other excavations without providing adequate protection to persons and property in the form of barricades and warning devices.
A. 
The entire City is hereby declared to be and is hereby established a fire district. Such fire district shall be known and designated as fire zones one, two and three, which shall include such portions of the City as the City council shall by ordinance, from time to time, designate. The ordinances so adopted shall be maintained on file and made available for public inspection in the same manner as the Uniform Building Code adopted by section 7-7.
B. 
The portions of the City to be contained in each of the three fire zones shall be as follows:
(1) 
Fire zone one. Fire zone one shall include all those portions of the City in which the provisions of section 1602 of the Uniform Building Code, Volume I, are to be applicable.
(2) 
Fire zone two. Fire zone two shall include all those portions of the City in which the provisions of section 1603 of the Uniform Building Code, Volume I, are to be applicable.
(3) 
Fire zone three. Fire zone three shall include all those portions of the City in which the provisions of section 1604 of the Uniform Building Code, Volume I, are to be applicable.

A. 
Every dwelling or business structure in the City shall be numbered according to the following numbering system: even numbers shall be placed on the east side of the street, and odd numbers shall be placed on the west side of the street going north. Even numbers shall be placed on the north side of the street, and odd numbers shall be placed on the south side of the street going west. This numbering system will be in effect starting at the street's point of origin, as determined by the City engineer.
B. 
The size and design of the numbers to be attached to each such structure shall be as established by the City council.
C. 
The building inspector shall be responsible for implementation, maintenance and enforcement of the numbering system and, in that capacity, may maintain such records and maps as are necessary to insure compliance with such system.

The territorial jurisdiction of the regulations found in this chapter shall include all of the incorporated lands located within the City and, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes, 1977, section 15-3-202, such other territory peripheral to the City which is located within one-half mile of the corporate limits.
