The street name signs for the various streets
and avenues in the City shall be installed as soon as possible, in
accordance with the action of the City council in assigning street
names, and it shall be unlawful for any person to deface, mar or damage
such signs or the supports thereof.
It shall be the duty of the City clerk to procure
the names of streets and cause them to be properly put up as required
in this article, and to procure a book of sufficient capacity and
keep the same as a record of all matters pertaining to the numbering
of streets. He shall furnish the correct numbers to all persons applying
therefor and shall keep a record thereof.

The owner of every improved and occupied lot
or part of a lot shall have posted in a conspicuous place on some
building thereon such numerals as correspond with the number of such
lot or part of a lot, and as shall be furnished them by the City clerk.
Any person refusing or neglecting to comply with the requirements
of this article, on conviction thereof may be fined in any sum not
more than seven hundred fifty dollars.

A. It is the duty of all landowners to keep any sidewalk
now constructed or hereafter constructed abutting or adjoining their
land, in good repair and safe condition. As such, it shall be unlawful
for any landowner to knowingly permit or keep any sidewalk abutting
or adjoining their land in an unsafe condition or in poor repair.
B. No person shall damage, tear-up or remove any sidewalk
without the written authority of the governing body of the City.
C. All sidewalks shall be constructed or reconstructed
in strict compliance with specifications and standards on file in
the office of the City engineer.
D. Any person who violates the provisions of this section
shall have committed a misdemeanor.
