A.
The County Local DWI Program shall charge a screening
fee of $50 for all local DWI offenders taking part in the Local DWI
Program pursuant to court order within the County in order to help
make the screening program self-sustaining.
B.
The County Local DWI Program may charge a co-pay of
$10 per treatment visit, to a maximum of $30 per month, to be applied
to treatment service costs.
C.
Upon the order of the District or Magistrate Court,
the DWI offender shall be required to pay to the County for the term
of his probation a misdemeanor compliance fee of not less than $15
nor more than $30 per month. Money collected by the County pursuant
to this subsection shall be used only to operate the misdemeanor compliance
program.
D.
The DWI Program may also implement a no-show fee of
$5, which may be assessed upon DWI offenders for each missed screening
appointment.
