It shall be unlawful for any person to coast or ride upon any sled or similar conveyance upon any sidewalk in the Borough of North Wales or upon any street in said borough, unless such street shall have been especially set apart and designated by the Mayor as a play highway for the purpose of sledding and shall have been blocked off or adequately protected from vehicular traffic. Any person who shall violate any provision of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $10 and costs of prosecution.
