The Sheriff and County Manager shall take the
lead in implementing the terms of this chapter, and shall coordinate
with, and receive assistance as requested from, other County departments,
including, but not limited to, Community Development, Environmental,
Finance, Human Resources, General Services, Legal, Public Information
and Special Projects, Public Works and Infrastructure and Purchasing.
Reasonable policies and procedures may be promulgated
by the County Sheriff, with the approval of the County Manager, to
carry out the intent and purposes of this chapter.
