Any two of the following listed three City officials do represent the Mayor and Council and do have authority to sign and execute any short-term notes and/or tax anticipation warrants:
A. 
The City Manager.

The Finance Director.

C. 
The Deputy Director of Finance.

This article shall continue in full force and effect and all concerned banking institutions may consider these facts to hold good and true until written notice to the contrary.
