It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle after dark or for any adult to encourage or permit any minor to ride a bicycle after dark on any street, highway, road, alley, or public parking lot, within the town limits, unless the bicycle is equipped with a working front light and rear reflector.
Violations of this chapter shall be a municipal infraction, punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, Penalties.
