It shall be the duty of the owners of property as described in § 135-13 of this article to remove and clear away from the sidewalks adjoining their property all snow within 24 hours after it shall cease snowing.
A violation of this article shall be declared to be a municipal infraction and shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-8 of this Code.
