A. 
No person, firm or corporation shall erect, construct or maintain any building, shed, shack, tent, booth or other structure within the corporate limits of the Town of Princess Anne intended for habitation of lodgings or to conduct any business therefrom or any government enterprise therein without first obtaining from the President and Commissioners of Princess Anne a permit for the erection or construction of such structure.
B. 
Any person, firm or corporation desiring such permit shall make application therefor, in writing, to said President and Commissioners describing in detail the kind of building or structure to be erected, the kind of materials to be used in such construction, the purpose for which such building or structure is to be used and the plan for sanitary service for such structure.
C. 
Approval, denial or issuance with conditions. The President and Commissioners shall, within 10 days after receipt of such request for such permit, meet and determine with respect to the same and shall either grant or refuse said permit as requested or issue a permit for such construction embodying such conditions and provisions with respect to materials to be used and the manner and extent of such construction as said President and Commissioners shall deem right and proper.

No person, firm or corporation shall place, locate or maintain within the corporate limits of the Town of Princess Anne for the purpose of habitation, lodging or conducting any business or amusement enterprise therefrom any motortruck or trailer or other mobile vehicle without first obtaining a permit therefor from said President and Commissioners of Princess Anne.
B. 
Any person, firm or corporation desiring such permit shall make application therefor, in writing, to said President and Commissioners of Princess Anne describing in detail said truck, trailer or other mobile vehicle or structure, the place where it is desired to locate or maintain the same and the plan or method for sanitary service for such vehicle or structure.
C. 
Approval, denial or issuance with condition. The President and Commissioners shall, within 10 days after receipt of the request for a permit, meet and determine with respect to the same and shall either grant or refuse to grant such permit as requested.
Mobile and transportable units, commonly referred to as "trailers," intended for human habitation or for the conduct of business shall not be placed, parked, established or remain within the corporate limits of the Town of Princess Anne.
A violation of this chapter shall be declared to be a misdemeanor, and any person, firm or corporation who or which shall erect, construct or maintain any temporary building, booth, tent, shack or shed in violation of the provisions of § 145-1 of this chapter without having obtained from said President and Commissioners a permit therefor as provided in said section, or any person, firm or corporation who or which shall locate or maintain any motortruck, trailer or other mobile vehicle within the corporate limits of the Town of Princess Anne in violation of § 145-2 of this chapter without having obtained from said President and Commissioners a permit therefor as provided in said section, or any person, firm or corporation who or which shall construct or maintain any structure or mobile vehicle within said corporate limits in any manner other than as provided in said permit shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-5 of this Code.
