It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon automobiles and other motor vehicles, or the bodies and parts thereof, on the public streets, alleys and ways and on vacant lots in the Town of Ridgely.
Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a municipal infraction.

The Commissioners of Ridgely shall have the authority to remove or dispose of or cause to be removed and disposed of any abandoned or junked automobiles and other motor vehicles, or the bodies and parts thereof, from the public streets, alleys and ways and from vacant lots in the Town of Ridgely, Maryland.
