In addition to its regular members, the following Commissions/Committees shall have two additional alternate appointments, those positions being Alternate 1 and Alternate 2, who shall serve in the absence of or disqualification of any member or members:
A. 
Environmental Commission.
B. 
Economic Development Commission.
C. 
Historical Advisory Committee.
The appropriate Commissions/Committees shall amend their respective bylaws in accordance with the terms of this chapter.
