A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or operate within the limits of the Township of Franklin any trailer court unless such person shall first obtain a license therefor. Each license shall be valid for the period of one calendar year and shall expire on December 31 of each year and shall be renewed prior to January 1 of the following year.
B. 
All trailer courts presently holding licenses therefor under existing ordinances shall retain said license and not be required to secure license under this chapter until the expiration of license presently held by such persons.
It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, operate or maintain a trailer coach situate on a trailer court, or elsewhere, within the limits of the Township of Franklin, unless such person shall first obtain a permit therefor within 30 days from the effective date of this chapter. This requirement shall apply to trailer coaches presently located in the Township of Franklin, in order to determine whether said trailers are in compliance with the regulations set forth in this chapter.
