Each trailer court shall be supplied with water from an approved public potable water supply, if available. If an approved public potable water supply is not available, a water supply, approved by the local Board of Health, shall be developed in accordance with the provisions of the Standards for Construction of Water Supply Systems for Realty Improvements promulgated by the State Commissioner of Health in accordance with c. 199, P.L. 1954,[1] and if not, a public water supply system as defined herein shall be considered a semipublic water supply. Water from semipublic water supplies shall meet the standards of quality fixed by the State Commissioner of Health.
