Nothing herein contained shall be considered to pertain to an apartment house, which shall be considered to be any building containing two or more dwelling units each of which shall have its separate and individual bathroom and kitchen, and each of which is leased for one-family occupancy.
Nothing herein contained shall be considered to pertain to buildings or structures used on farm properties to house laborers employed on the farm where the building or structures are located.
