The complete control and operation of the War Memorial Stadium is hereby
placed with the City Manager of the City of Corning, New York, and he or she
is hereby empowered to do any and all things pertaining to the operation,
maintenance and use of said stadium, including the power to enter into contracts
for the use thereof and to set and collect all fees for the use thereof, subject
to City Council approval.
All moneys received by the city from the rental of said stadium shall
be immediately paid over to the City Finance Director of the City of Corning,
New York.
Said City Finance Director shall keep a separate record of all receipts
and disbursements pertaining to the rental of said stadium and the operation
and maintenance thereof.
