A.
No through traffic will be permitted between the north
intersection of Ottawa Street and Amherst Street and the south intersection
of Mountain Drive and Ottawa Street between the hours of 2:30 p.m.
to 2:50 p.m. each day while school is in session.
B.
No through traffic, standing, stopping or parking
will be permitted on the Lower Montcalm Street Concourse from Canada
Street to the shore of Lake George except for designated emergency
vehicles, Village service vehicles, vehicles of property owners of
Lower Montcalm and others by special authorization from the Mayor.
This section shall in no way prohibit, alter, impede, eliminate, diminish
vehicle access rights of the property owners on Lower Montcalm Street
to Christie Lane, but shall prohibit all standing, stopping or parking
on Lower Montcalm Street as defined herein.
