It shall be unlawful to make a left-hand turn from Governor Road on to Keith Valley Road. The intersection of Governor Road at Keith Valley Road shall be posted accordingly.
Violations of this article shall constitute a summary offense, and violators shall be subject to penalties as set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, specifically § 6502(b),[1] as may be amended from time to time.
