The common Seal of the Borough, the impress of which has been affixed hereto, shall be the Official Seal of the Borough.
The Borough Clerk or other person legally performing the duties of the Office of the Borough Clerk shall have custody of the Borough Seal and affix the same as directed by law, ordinance or resolution.
