The provisions of Title 44, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 59, and more particularly Subpart 60.3 thereof entitled "Floodplain Management Criteria for Flood-Prone Areas" are hereby adopted by reference.

The Borough of Caldwell hereby designates the Borough Clerk as the official of the Borough of Caldwell responsible for complying with the eligibility requirement set forth in Paragraph 59.21 et seq.
