The Carneys Point Township Redevelopment Plan be and hereby is adopted as revised.[1]

Editor's Note: Said plan and amendments thereto are on file in the Township offices. Ordinance No. 836 adopted the 2009 Carneys Point Redevelopment Plan, which revised and clarified the aforesaid plan.
The Carneys Point Township Committee is hereby designated as the Redevelopment Agency to exercise the powers set forth in the local redevelopment and housing laws and that the day-to-day operations of the Redevelopment Agency shall be conducted by the Carneys Point Township Industrial Commission.
