Editor's Note: This ordinance amended in its entirety former Ch. 125, Land Use Procedures, which was comprised as follows: Part 1, Powers and Procedures of Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment, adopted 1-26-1977 by Ord. No. 291; Part 2, Alternate Members, adopted 2-10-1982 by Ord. No. 356; and Part 3, Fees, adopted 8-11-1982 by Ord. No. 360, as amended. Ordinance No. 605 also stated that it would become effective 1-1-1997, at which time the Zoning Board of Adjustment would no longer exist and all matters pending before said Board would be transferred to the Planning Board for disposition.
